How to Return Your Order

If your return meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Send an email to: info@shopname.nl including the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (required if damaged or defective)

  • Full name of the customer

  • Full return address

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

⚠️ Do not send your return to the sender address on the package.
Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address may not be processed. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal if they are acting as a private individual and not for business or professional purposes.

A. Cancellation Policy

Withdrawal Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (excluding the carrier) has received the final item of your order.

Due to our fully automated order processing system, orders are prepared immediately after placement. For this reason, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been shipped, and refunds cannot be issued before delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly (for example, via email) of your intention to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is considered complete once the returned goods have been received by us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Shipments in Transit

As our products are shipped from Asia, longer delivery times may occur, which are outside our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until the goods arrive and then return them in accordance with our return procedure. You may notify us of your intention to withdraw in advance.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to provide proof of shipment once you have sent the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund all payments received for the returned products, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for processing the refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AND ARE AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
